I would rather suggest not to apply here atleast in Indore centre as recruiters or HR members rely on bgv process rather than skills and experience of the candidate, they simply believe in hire and fire policy...no brains of their own and completely depends upon their background verification partner named A-Check..

Cons

Alot of politics in the initial stage of startup wherein they donot use their own brain and rely on vendor partner called A-Check which keep on taking follow up or feedback from your previous company till a month or more which is damn irritating as your previous supervisors starts calling you about how many feedback should we give for you...

Bright atmosphere, friendly receptionists, site director walks through the site and is never in an office. In fact there are 3 offices that are used are for the onsite counselor, HR, and IT! The company is all about making sure that it's employees feel good, physically, emotionally, and mentally. I've never had as much face time with higher ups than i have in my time with Taskus. Our CEO comes to the site and sits and talks with his employees, have you ever seen that?? I've worked in another call center, and this is completely different and in the BEST way.
