IMO lacking real support and benefits that actually work for people

Slightly higher pay, mental support thnks to the cetain people (to a certain point, btw mental health is not covered by insurance which is a big thumbs down) and idk, at this point it's only money that can keep you doing this job.

Cons

Basically useless medical insurance, management pobably has too much work and can't provide quality support to the team and barely able to do their own work. Corporate ideals only sound good but in reality you don't get any support/motivation. HR can't even try to be friendly and helpful, I am so upset this is a new normal thing.

WFH since the pandemic. I only went to the site for APE.

Cons

There is no longer any wfh status. Only gave a one-month notice that they would redeploy all employees under our LOB.
