Pros
TKU have this healthy environment that only startups have. The managers are nice, the people are nice, the CEO's are nice. They were the first companies who really showed care to their employees during pandemic and I will always be grateful for that
Cons
Low pay compared to other companies, Team Leaders should be paid 60k and above, they have to start planning about increasing the value of their people. People who are paid well are usually the happiest to go above and beyond for the company. Trinkets are appreciated, but in this economy, Salary raise is more important.
