Pros

They have very good team leaders

Cons

- Recruitment made to quick and sometimes they recruit people that is not fir for the job - They bring people from aboard but that person do not have money to pay 3 months rent and if they ask and advance on their salary the answer is a big NO - They choose a team leader before posting an announcement so other employees have a chance to be interviewed and when they post the announcement they do not make the interviews - A person who flatters the operations manager or team leader in order to get ahead are the ones that have a chance

- WFH option (office is accessible anyway) - Decent starting salary (in comparison to other industries) - Auto-approved leaves (25 leave credits) - Visible executives

Cons

- Bad HMO - Lacks support from management - Low to none career growth - Monotonous tasks - Poor incentivization and vague scope of work - Poor policy update communication
