Pros

Great benefits, Rice allowance, HMO plus free dependent, very friendly and great environment and both coe and president of taskus take care and valued employees.

Cons

None. I don't see negative in taskus. Great company with great people.

Ridiculously ...

Pros

Multiple sites to choose from, benefits are at par or better than other BPO companies, nature of work is not as stressful

Cons

Salaries in the sites outside Metro Manila are significantly lower and not aligned, old culture is slowly being replaced by a new one that is like other BPO companies

Pros

TaskUs is quite a new BPO out there but it's disrupting the BPO Market through unique core values and company culture

Cons

The company is not yet fully structured which may be difficult for those who are used to corporate bureaucracy.
