Pros
Rapidly growing, offers lots of benefits same with other big companies, very accessible office locations. Can focus more on your work as you don't need to think about the traffic and the stress of going to your office and you can be at your office within 20 minutes unlike in Manila where you will be spending at least 2 hours just to get there due to heavy traffic.
Cons
Salary and compensation. Bigger companies offer better benefits.
