Best BPO I've ever been. They take care of their people and they do temperature check to everyone. Management is very open to all feedback.

Cons

Some process tends to be overlooked but they always make it up to every employee.

I am a working student. My superiors take this into consideration, letting me pursue my endeavors, while guiding me in maintaining my performance at work. TaskUs also listen's to employees' feedback and/or suggestions. New gimmicks are implemented for us to have the opportunity to bond and unwind, plus an incredible staff that helps maintain the building's sanitation.

Cons

I can't think of one. I love it here! (Coming from someone that's been from 7 other BPO companies.)
