Constantly changing the workflow with no clear instructions given, Managers and TLS that don’t understand what you’re doing and you must rely on your team mates. Everyone is under a lot of pressure to meet goals and assist others in their work. Low pay, No support from management, and no raises. I’ve seen agents with the company for 3 years that went above and beyond and never had a pay raise. They will not move you campaigns. They will say they will try, but with no guarantee or any job security you are at risk of losing your job due to a contract being cancelled by a client and not being placed elsewhere. The motto is “Be ridiculous” and they do exactly that.
