Taskus portrays itself as the frontline first company. In reality it's just another BPO. Over the years the health insurance got more expensive, bonuses went away, pay stagnated. No merit increases at all in 2021 and in 2022 they were in the 1% range. All of this despite an IPO in 2021 that netted our co-founders over 300 million dollars. All of that and we can't afford to pay better than lower middle range? Our merit increase was an insult.

LIES constantly lying. They tell is one thing and then say they never told us that it was a for sure thing. They constantly change incentives Won't pay out promised bonuses Schedule is never right just gotta hope you're following what is right. They give lots of pto but then get pissed if you use it.
