Great people, it's what kept things together for me, these people doesn't deserve to be exploited
Cons
They lock you in by hiring people outside their location for example the office hiring is said to be on CDO but you will be profiled to ortigas , they will force people to render 30 days work if you are no longer interested to work , cause of bad working conditions , ie tools not responsive and , VPNS not working They will impose a gate keeping 10k on basic salary but your assigned to an ortigas site , In reality your physically located somewhere else in the philippines , they will provide the equipment BUT they will ask you to bring the equipment over to their manila site , which makes you reluctant to resign cause there is no way you can afford a plane ticket to bring their stuff back without financially burdening yourself further, 10k a month for a 6k ticket just to bring their equipment back ? They wouldnt even organize courtesy pick up the same way they brought it back they would just sendout an automated demand letter ? Wtf They are not what they say they are , its a modern day slave labour, that they pay rent , Fyi i made more investment for their actionplans than their gains , i.e made sure the equipment have back up power , internet connection back up , lost hours without pay. Just to contribute to their ever growing endeavour of exploiting people, this is not the way. They even force me to log in while an earthquake is happening , i was so reluctant to log in as the household have cracks during the said quake , i saw that as valid emergency but management saw it as a valid threat to issue disciplinary action , how bout they log in during an earthquake or even a fire. Whats worse ? They offer overtimes WITH INCENTIVES , guys dont ever do overtime , you know why ? They pay for said overtime a month later and the said incentives ? ONLY SUBJECT FOR APPROVAL , maybe we can talk next yearif we can give it to you , Thats how they do things they pay rent for you to use their equipment on your home so you can man their lines. Pizza and soda doesn't work anymore Meager pay dorsnt work anymore
