Hey, I am very happy to hear you are enjoying our remote options to help with WLB. Regarding bad management and favoritism, this is not the TaskUs culture we pride ourselves on today. I’d love to learn a bit more. If you are up for a conversation please email me at bryce at taskus dot com. -Bryce

Free Meal

Pros

What I like about Task Us is their daily free meals for employees. It is one of the ways to increase productivity and tackle retention. Employees could potentially save even more with free meals being offered by Task US. Buying meals could cost a lot of money. Employees who are short on budget can still come to work. From job satisfaction to productivity, it's a win-win solutions for both employees and the company. :)

Cons

1. It took me 23 days to get a company headset and that I had to buy my own headset. Response time is very slow despite several follow ups. 2. I have no company ID yet. During my RTO days, I had to log my ins and outs and leave an ID. Very inconvenient.
