As we’ve grown the size of our team over the past three years, we’ve also worked hard to increase the clarity and intention of our internal growth and development pathways. Today, these pathways and role progressions are part of our growth strategy and our Performance Development System (PDS), which every employee participates in with an assigned Home Manager who guides and supports their professional growth and development. We’re proud to additionally support each of our team members’ development through our external coaching partner and discretionary resources to help them chart and pursue career advancement pathways within Teaching Lab.
