Great place to work and gain meaningful experience
Pros
You do not need to have previous experience to be a tech; all training will be done on the floor. If your clinic is busy, you have the opportunity to get $350 bonus ($175 if part-time) per month. There are also "special bonuses" you may get during the holidays and during the summer, which is based off of the company profits, your clinic profits, how much you work, and your specific job. I started at $10.00 per hour and each year I got an annual bonus of $1.00 raise, and I also got another raise for doing the back up front desk training. So after 3 years, I was making about $14 per hour. It is a great environment to work in, fun and chill, and I loved my coworkers. You also get close with the patients, and it is a very rewarding job, seeing everyone's progress. I did not use the insurance because I was on my parents, but everyone says the insurance and benefits are amazing. You also get 5.85 hours of PTO per pay period if you are full-time and half of that if part-time. Team Rehab will also pay you up to $1500 for school if you are full-time.
Cons
The job does get very overwhelming. If you clinic is really busy, you may be helping more than 6 patients at once, while also answering the phone, scheduling patients, and cleaning. It is very fast-paced. You also do all the training on the floor, and you learn TONS of exercises, so it might seem impossible at first. I was there for 3 years and still learning something new everyday.
