The company pays at the very least 15-20k below market value for your job. They expect you to do the work of 20K above your pay grade. The yearly bonus is about 2% unless you are good friends with the person giving you your review. It’s all about who you know and not what you know. Everyone gossips about each other and the turnover rate for jobs is about a year or two. Most employees are looking to leave after 3-6 months of employment because the company gives a facade of having growth opportunity when there is none. There is no yearly bonus that most companies give out and the health benefits aren’t great either… If you go to HR, they would rather fire you than resolve the problem with management. Most of the people in upper management are extremely rude and entitled. If they’re having a “bad” day they scream and shout at you because they are unable to detach themselves from whatever situation they are in and will project their animosity towards their colleagues. The company praises professionalism but they are run by a bunch of over grown children. Work is extremely cliquish and good luck to you if choose to work here. P.S Almost all the positive reviews here are fake because in the last month about 10 people have already left. No one likes it here.

Cannot trust the senior sales staff. Truly don’t know where you stand with your career as a sales rep. Never truly fell safe enough to make finical commitments. Basically if you blank a month your career will most likely be over! Average TVM Sales Rep is about 8 to 9 months then it’s as they call it parting ways. Monthly conference calls by president of Sales reminds you every monthly call don’t blank, don’t miss quotas. Every rep has same quota, those in a larger market works ok at times, smaller markets your in trouble monthly. Very dreadful ran sales team! Very negative among us were just ran as hard so you don’t fail and get another 30 days!
