Best people on Earth, very good projects, nice benefits, flexible working hours, real influence on products, opportunity to develop and get a raise.

I've heard a lot before joining Techland...

Pros

... but most of the opinions were outdated - project management, people and company itself are completely different than mentioned here few years ago - both in Wroclaw and Warsaw.

Cons

In most cases - you have to move from another city to work at Techland, but Wroclaw is a great place to live - it's much smaller than Warsaw or Cracow, but dense, so every important place you need outside work is closer to you.
