Cons
I have not found any cons that are atypical to a business this size. If you like corporate structure or enjoy cutting through red tape (I'm not sure who does!) to push change then I would say that this is a fast paced environment not fit for the rigid minded professional. Laziness or lack of initiative is NOT rewarded, the over achievers get all the perks. At the same rate, the under achievers have all the time to complain.
