Pros

Great benefits, customer service is #1, excellent service dept., tons of perks like trips, cash, prizes etc., hard work is rewarded, family atmosphere, great comp plan for sales, lots of support and dedication from upper management to help you be as successful as possible, you really get out what you put in! They also do a great job of making you feel appreciated as well as loyalty is greatly rewarded!

Still looking for them honestly...it's not closer to my house?

Pros

Very good work environment. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful to new hires. Upper management very involved in daily processes, always willing to help. Been with the company for almost 2 years and have had multiple team building work functions. Technifax cares.

Cons

Not an easy job. Requires hard work and dedication. Cold call intensive.A lot to learn. Difficult in your 1st 6 months but once you overcome the learning curve you will prosper. Turnover rate high for non-achieving reps.

Pros

The President is amazing. Takes care of the employees that work hard. Uncapped commission. Great management.

Cons

As any company there are cons. I have been here for over three years we use to have a manager or two that had no leadership skills. They have left and I can say I am not leaving ever.
