Great talent is identified quickly, but the bar for excellence is exceptionally high. As a remote-first company, it offers very flexible work hours. Employees are expected to work 40 hours per week, but there is considerable flexibility in how those hours are scheduled.

I’ve had a really positive experience at TA so far. Our recent kick off was one of the better ones I’ve been part of. Clear direction, honest conversations about where we are, with energy for where we’re headed. They even brought in a motivational speaker, which was a nice touch. It’s good to see the company invest in personal and professional development, not just talk about the numbers. The refreshed core values don’t feel like a poster on the wall. I see them in how leaders communicate and how we work together. There’s alignment around the mission, and people genuinely care about doing good work.
