Oh where to begin... - You are in Walmarts every day, little human interaction - You are praised or yelled at for things out of your control, your ability to get promoted is 90% what stores you get - Most Walmarts in the midwest where I worked hate HART and want us out of their stores - YOUR Daily drive time will range from 2.5hours - 4hours. -There is no chance that you won't have to relocate after first role - Also they say you can go down any path way you want, but you basically have to become a territory manager first to be considered for any other role

Where should I start. You will be working alone 99% of the time and will have almost no guidance. You will be required to learn about the tools on your own time and will only have online learning's to assist you. The managers care more about recruiting new employees than helping the ones they actually have. Feedback is almost always negative and the do not recognize good work being done. If you enjoy down stocking products, cleaning displays, replacing price stickers and being asked if you are an associate then this is the job for you.
