      Pros

      Overtime nice people I've only been there for 5 months but I enjoy the job and it's constantly busy. Good atmosphere

      Cons

      Dirty and loud. The starting pay isn't all that great but there is opportunity to advance and make more. It's very hot

      Pros

      Technically the company is very strong, with many in the group having 10 or more years of experience building complex devices. Decent work environment, good pay and benefits, some opportunity for upward advancement

      Cons

      Still waiting for some sort of plan for the company going forward. Tecomet has cobbled together all of these companies, but there does not seem to be any clear direction. Senior management has started talking about "One Tecomet", but aside from coming up with a bumper sticker slogan, I don't see any real progress. The only goal seems to be getting bigger, with no real concern about getting better.
