      Pros

      gain a lot of experience, people are very experienced, a little bit stressful but nothing one can not manage.

      Cons

      since it is a manufacturing plant the place can be dirty sometimes.

      Pros

      Flexible Keeps talented individuals happy, this helps to keep quality of products to par. Quality systems better than most places Upper management keeps everyone up to date

      Cons

      Hires more people than needed. Off shifts need more supervision. Flexibility is sometimes a problem with lack of knowledge in different sections

      Pros

      Co-workers are good, HR manager is good, pay is average.

      Cons

      Work to life balance is way off. Lots of mandatory overtime. Rather then hire more employees or even qualified employees, they prefer to expect employees to do the work load of 3 people.
