Business Outlook
Pros
Great place to work. Plenty of opportunity to move up if you make yourself known. The pay is good and the benefits are great, especially for a position where a degree is not required. I didn't work much with the upper management, but the middle management and the heads of the Spinal department are respectful and keep everything running smoothly.
Cons
The atmosphere is loud and dirty (the "clean zones" excluded), but it is a machine shop so it's to be expected.
