Steady employment, average benefits. Not much else positive I can say here

Cons

Operations manager openly admitted to being racist, will only hire white men, they can't hire women for the production because they don't have the facilities. A lot of fighting between shifts, no leadership from upper management. Never once saw teamwork or positive moral promoted. Very toxic work environment. The maintenance guy is known for sleeping at work and stealing time. Everything goes unnoticed because upper management is out of touch with what goes on in production.

Dumb Management. No clarity on job and work. Full of unethical activities and people making money out of their positions. No Policies or process. Employees will lose jobs at management's whim. No innovation. A group of cheaters.
