Steady employment, average benefits. Not much else positive I can say here

Cons

Operations manager openly admitted to being racist, will only hire white men, they can't hire women for the production because they don't have the facilities. A lot of fighting between shifts, no leadership from upper management. Never once saw teamwork or positive moral promoted. Very toxic work environment. The maintenance guy is known for sleeping at work and stealing time. Everything goes unnoticed because upper management is out of touch with what goes on in production.

Business is focused on growth and investing into the company. Free coffee and most people are low key. Benefits are comparable with the market.

Cons

Everyone in management looking out for themselves. Lack of team work building and direction from management, who is always too busy for you unless something is not going well for them.
