Pros

Job security, since they are in the food packaging industry. The benefits are half way decent. Starting wages are pretty good.

Cons

Have a lot of new people coming through all the time. They are constantly training new people only to have them quit. 12hour shifts are horrible. Swing shift.

Cons

- Each team or location does their own thing --- no consistency - Many department or business leaders care only about their department and not about the company. This can lead to negative affects for other departments and the company as a whole. - Lacking in technology to support information gathering and analysis
