Cons

Pay Benefits cost Work life balance is a joke Bonus is a carrot dangled in your face Annual pay raise isn’t based on your contributions & performance. Each department is given a bucket of money and everyone splits it. New leadership doesn’t have soft skills, and lead like their employees are robots that should be ready on command. Work phone means that you are on call 24/7. No one knows how to give a genuine thank you.

Drama it’s filled with drama. Poor training, No training system in place. It’s extremely Hot HR does a poor job at rectifying situations Very high turnover rate Work 6 days a week and 2-3 days you MUST work 12hrs
