With salaries less than half the current market salaries and highly paid specimen in the office put aside on bench for no reason, who are good for nothing TEKZENIT HYDERABAD has been evolving more of a Political party rather than a successful IT company.The hardworking employees never get an iota of appreciation besides their relentless efforts instead rewarded inreturn as Inefficient. Managers closely resembles a vendor at a Fish market than a manager in IT Office, as always busy scolding someone, without which manager will be sleepless. Regarding office timings, jail will be preferred better. Literally the employees besides gaining subject and aspirations for good working environment, fall a prey to mental tensions, health issues and insecurity of job. Managers are the masters of politics with HR Managers being the next in hierarchy. Employees are devoid of all the basic priveleges and the worst of all they dont even deserve some respect.("get lost from the company" this is the advice from HR for traffic problem).current situation has gone beyond control that even an office boy can't last a month long with the existing conditions in the office. The benefits the company proclaims to offer the employees confine only to the paper but never delivered to the employees. When any employee reminds the mangement of their utilization of benefits he will end up fired from the office. Any employee concerns at HR Managers and managers would usually get a common answer: "I am very busy and We dont have time". HRs and Managers are good for nothing than busy watching Hindi movies and online shopping during their working hours. This constitutes their all day busy schedule. With 50% of employees on bench who still enjoy good salary benefits, 30% of employees are fired out in last 3 months and 15% employees resigned from the company in this month only. The companies policies of goals seem to be a myth for any employee aspiring for career at Tekzenit with the above statistics. Rules - which the management claims to be the breath of the company has no stability which are altered as frequently as from a meeting to meeting. Abuse- HR manager will abuse every one from Security guy to MD.Because of this HR,security/office boys are suffering very badly and literally they are crying. Only positions one can aspire for at Tekzenit are Manager or HR Manager, as they offer the benefits of getting paid for sleeping in the office and using office time for all the personal stuff.The employees requests for a planned leaves will be answered real quick that they better get a CM appointment far easier than to get their reason for leave be verified, scrutinized and prosecuted by the HR Managers.Indian Management is not at all professional, beause of this management employees losing their career and lives. I pity the Higher Authority of Tekzenit who are blindfolded by these deceptive managers who held up their Psuedo faces as if everything is fine.
