We are getting a really cool space to think, and create in !!!! Extremely talented design team Great CEO Sense of a family Great long term prospects with the quality of work and sense of ownership among the veterans in the company

Cons

Pains of a fast growing company, not all process are in place but these issues are recognized and are being worked on to make it a better experience for all. Every growing company goes through growing pains and tekzenit is no exception.

It's a great pleasure to work with a group of committed, enthusiastic & hard working team members. Work culture is full of energy and would definitely recommend a job at this company to a friend.

Cons

The only downside that I can think is the limited flexibility that's given to an employee in-terms of remote working options.

Good people but puzzling middle managgement

Pros

The people I worked with were great, there was culture, there was collaboration and learning from each other.

Cons

Middle management at that time didn't have a system of giving yearly reviews and would forget other employees. Salaries were given to some and unfair percentage. No room to grow. You are expected to work more than 8 hours, even got a call at 1am from creative director to work on a deck. Next day didn't even get recognition during stakeholder meeting.
