Pros
1.Stable job, they don't easily let go of people as long as you work diligently and be able to get along well with others. 2. Good medical plan, ok 401K plan and ESOP 3. You can always take on new projects if you want. 4. Good changes, ambitious to grow their business 5. Nice people to work with.
Cons
1. Not value employee training and internal learning and growth. They like you to take on new projects and learn by yourself but they provide so little reward for what you achieved. No real career path for experience staff. It's better if you come in as a highly experienced management role or new graduate. 2. Heavy work load. Also, those good changes may make you work overtime. 3. No real sense of trust or respect of your internal gained experience 4. Flexibility of work depends on departments. 5. It now becomes big-headed organization. Lots of management with big title only work for "high level" work. Those time consuming works go to you if you don't have big title.
