First of all, thank you for your review. We are happy to hear that there was flexibility in your schedule thanks to the beauty of a remote office!
However, it is upsetting to hear the words “prejudice” and “ethnocentric”. If you are still employed with us, I would encourage you to speak with HR about these acts. We are here to listen and take action. However, if your employment status is “former”, then I only wish that communication was brought to the attention of the appropriate individuals while you were with us. In any organization, making these kinds of intolerances “known” are key so that we can resolve them as soon as possible. As a renowned and recognized minority business enterprise, we think of diversity and interculturalism as a valuable and unique component of our organization. Working at Telamon, employees absolutely encounter and work alongside individuals from all around the world. We pride ourselves on being an organization that functions interculturally, but of course, it can come with challenges, whether that is a language barrier, body language barrier or other behaviors that can cause miscommunication. Regardless, it is a learning curve.
Moving forward, we will continue to do our due diligence to mitigate those intolerable acts and improve our methods of resolution. We greatly appreciate your feedback!
