Pros

Good place to grow your skills. Ok benefits. Educational programs if you can take advantage.

Cons

Corporate. Leadership only sees numbers. Multiple leadership changes are as often as layoffs. Extremely heavy workloads without recognition, titles, or compensation. Lack of job security. However, they hire in at much higher wages than their current employees.

Very nice facility to work in.

Cons

New leadership after the founder retired has ruined the culture and everything good that the company once was. Money is the only focus. Micromanagement by people who have no business managing. Benefits and pay have been cut and incentives. They make no effort to fix that which they know to be wrong, even if it messes with the relationship with the customer.

Decent benefits, great employees, able to work from home.

Cons

Multiple layoffs in the past year, may be forced to be responsible for multiple technologies with little to no warning and minimal training. The structure of management leaves holes in communication and competition between departments instead of a team collaboration.
