"Unlimited" PTO (5 weeks, then need secondary approval from HR for additional time) Lots of benefits as a full time employee Telatots program for dependents under 3 years old to purchase books

Cons

Poor management Favoritism/Nepotism with previous CLS employees No furthering education or job trajectory Hands off managers Work Stress Keeps staff low so you have to "wear a lot of hats" Financial incompetence and underbidding projects Promotions not based on what you know but WHO you know

Pros

The culture was good and there were good opportunities for the company as a whole to grow. I felt like I was valued within my team and loved being able to help with improvements.

Cons

There was very limited upward momentum unless you came in as a higher level person. The pay also could’ve been better, but that’s not the fault of direct management. The work was kind of hit or miss, less consistent than some other workplaces.
