Pros

Remote work available for some positions. Reasonable benefits.

Cons

They wont ever pay you what your worth. They will promise you the world and get you to work 24x7 on a salary holding a better position as a reward that will never come. They will say your getting a big raise or promotion that will never come.

Pros

Salary is okay, benefits are just okay, it's just a job.

Cons

There is a complete lack of trust, lack of communication, lack of respect, lack of gratitude. Management does not explain nature of changes. The employee is given a job function, and is not told why he/she is doing the function. Nothing is explained. The office is extremely tense all the time. Hostile atmosphere. Nobody can be trusted. jobs are not challenging/not rewarding/not fulfilling. Employees are bullied and abused and spoken down to in an extremely condescending manger. Work place bullies are rewarded. Salaried people can work 80+ hours a week, but during slow periods, many people, INCLUDING salaried people are benched. It's okay to give them your personal time for free, but if you're not working more than 40 hours, you will be benched during slow periods. One really cannot take their PTO because you need to work for most/all the time off. poor work/life balance. Inept IT and HR department. ABSOLUTELY no management support. Nothing is said when the employee goes over and above, but when something goes wrong, management needs to know who to blame. People over age 62 are generally given severance packages.
