      Pros

      I had enjoyed leading my own jobs and providing the best quality I could until they were all about speed before quality. I loved having weekends and all holidays off.

      Cons

      They cared about employees at first then they decided to constantly push their failures on to installers and never their engineers. Throwing a job together to make money instead of providing the quality they could.

      Pros

      The pay is ok not good but ok. However if you work 60 hours a week because they don't want to hire more help how much are you really taking home?

      Cons

      No work life balance at all. You can work 60 hours a week and it will never be enough don't let them fool you otherwise. You have to work this hard because half the time your doing work other people should have already done. "Insert politically correct" response from Telamon HR...the typical HR cover the company response doesn't fix anything so don't fall for it this place is a disorganized mess.

      Pros

      Since I have worked here, there have been a lot of new changes to the organization, but they are good ones that are moving the organization into a more progressive and contemporary one. The employees are very friendly and attempting to make the work environment more fun and vibrant.

      Cons

      Anxious to see how the new changes play out. I have no real cons since I have only been here over a year.
