Pay is good; not micro-managed.

Cons

401k match is not guaranteed; decided at end of year. 5 year vesting of employer match minimizes value for folks on contracts of less than 5 years. Offers less paid time off than other small businesses. Operations organization is anything but.

The company has helped in so many ways to jumpstart my career. The owner and managing director truly care about the wellbeing of their employees (worked at the HQ, directly with them). Career Growth Good commuter benefits Overall, I enjoyed my time at this company.

Cons

I would have benefited from check ins or performance evals.
