      Pros

      Great salary but with the hours worked you are getting paid minimum wage per hour.

      Cons

      Be prepared to work with expats who are brought in to keep cost low and limit promotions to locals. Terrible staffing strategy that limits opportunities for development and promotes TOXIC work culture.
