      Pros

      At the beginning of the merger of Tenaris with Hydril and Maverick, the bonus were very generous but now are only standard for a manufacturing company.

      Cons

      Because the company finds every aspect of the company to save money, all employees are expected to complete all accounting expense related to projects. Additionally, they have all their accounting approvals go through oversees before it is released to companies located in the states.

      Pros

      A lot of focus on Training Safety is one of the most important values of the company Very friendly working environment Fair Treatment to all employees based on the annual performance

      Cons

      Very hard to balance between work & home due to the work load Top Management is usually limited to Argentineans & Italians Usually news are distributed through rumors prior to hearing about them from the top management Company still has a lot of Bureaucracy
