Over worked, lack of resources and Non US working environment. Company is Argentinian.

Lack of resources and small department workforce will not get you laid off.

Cons

Expect to do atleast 5 or 6 person job. Company work environment is like a call center. Most leadership are Argentinian eventhough companies in the US are American made product.
