Tend is an innovative and groundbreaking company in the healthcare industry. Employees are really talented and care about changing the dental industry for the better. Leading edge technology and engineering set Tend apart from the category. Patient satisfaction is incredibly high. Amazing opportunities for individual impact and accountability. Wonderful sense of pride for helping patients achieve their oral healthcare goals. Tend is a big, beautiful brand that is setting the standard for oral healthcare in the US.

Cons

The dental category can be a bit slow to adopt change, especially tech-enabled change.

We promote an inclusive work environment led by our great Studio Managers and championed by the DE&I Committee. It is important people feel seen, heard, and have the space to make change. We have a competitive total rewards package, where team members can access financial, physical, and mental health. Our Tend locations are in core urban markets to serve a large member care base, so traffic and parking can be challenging. We are lucky that these larger cities often have numerous modes of transportation, and we provide commuter and transit benefits in all of our markets.
