Pros

Tend strikes the best balance of growth & empathy I've experienced in my career. The whole team at Tend has a slant towards kindness, which is rare in high-growth startups. Job satisfaction for me boils down to two things... people and problems (to solve). I started at Tend before we launched and ever since I arrived, Tend has checked both of those boxes. The team I work with includes some of the smartest colleagues I've ever had and we get to solve fun & interesting problems. This mix of quality people and complex problem solving is perfect for people who value personal and professional growth.

Cons

As with any high-growth startup, the rapid changes take some getting used to.
