      Im a FTE for awhile now and they communicate well for my daily task and schedule. If there's a problem they make sure to solve it quickly as possible. They will help you grow not only for your career, but also as a person.

      Cons

      no body's perfect. they always solve your problems as long as you cooperate with them with good communication.
