      We really appreciate the feedback. With respect to the cons, you are right, it's very difficult to connect our virtual company. We are looking for different ways such as workplace, more social events and newsletters to connect our staff. Feedback like this helps.

      I've gained so much knowledge from being exposed to a number of efficient tools and apps that help my daily workflow. It's great to work for a company that is always striving for efficiency.

      Cons

      If health benefits were offered it would definitely be a huge plus.

      Thank you for your response. We are so glad you are learning from our agency and will continue to try grow all of our employees. As you may already know, we now offer medical benefits to our full time employees after 3 months.
