Pros

Weekly pay starting at $14.00 a hour Over time during peak season June-Aug They offer snacks sometimes That’s about it .

Cons

30 min lunch ! No matter how long your shift is They don’t accept doctor notes They truly don’t care about their employees. As a Sr CSR you have no power . You can’t credit accounts , you get treated like crap but the customers 90% of the day because of something the local branch has done You can the local management and no one answers 95 % of the time They have strict adherence and utilization scores for the call center The call center is so Un modern and depressing on the inside The system is OUTDATED !!! It’s like we work in 2003 The supervisor are almost their for no reason Sr CSR handles every aspect of the job. Complaints , scheduling , billing , converting accounts, scheduling techs , the middle man for branches and customers , a door mat, damage requests, everything under the sun for only $14 a hour!!!!!!! ITS A SCAM

Pros

If you are in school they will adjust your work schedule to accommodate your school schedule. Starting pay is better than most call centers. The environment itself is pretty relaxed

Cons

High turnover, high call volume, branch managers are hardly ever available to assist or respond to calls/emails, they are unfair with the scheduling

Pros

The contest where you win money for surveys, and ctvs is cool. Then being able to use Pto on the spot and sick time on the spot is great.

Cons

Micromanaging even when you're leading the company, the call volume doubles the amount of associates answering the calls. Half the supervisors look like they wanna hide when you walk to them for help, the company as a whole provides poor customer service, as a rep you're set up for failure.. the service managers don't want to work they won't even talk to an angry customer requesting to speak with a manager, let alone help get anything of real importance done. Then the call center gives you points for your surveys and penalizing you when they drop but when we are clicking back over to ultimately NOT handle the customers issue or it's already been 5-6 days and the customer hasn't even gotten a call back from the branch, a good survey can be kissed goodbye when you're clicking over with no REAL solution.
