      Pros

      They have good strong people working here and you can have great working relationships to get the job done. Amazing co-workers.

      Cons

      Everything else, Benefits are not that good, Managers micromanage, barley give raises, given a ton amount of work that is due yesterday, even responsibilites from others that they are ok with them not doing, play favorites.

      Only a few good people work there.

      Cons

      Company purposely bids low to win projects then makes new employees use vacation time to work on project to make up over budget work. Ask for help and felt like you were bothering them. Got told constantly to figure it out on my own. No support.
