      Great learning experience to add to resume

      Cons

      —vacation policy is horrible : no pays holidays, no sick days.. must use vacation for everything —- hard work does not get recognized only friendships — there is no training or processes to follow, you just figure It out as you go and then management tells you how much your doing It wrong , even though you asked for guidance

      Only the hourly rate $20 but they shaved hours off your actual work week

      Click orientated company you won’t move forward unless you sleep with the boss or are in a click
