Pros
If you work in the right team, it can be good, lots of Talk, but not a lot of Walk. There are a lot of good people, benefits are ok but get worse every year, no discount in the system for employees. Some units have great work life balance but others have none with forced overtime. You ask HR and they always just refer you back to corporate office.
Cons
They have gotten off course. The CEO will tell you all this wonderful stuff but not follow through. The CEP actually sent out a message to the employees telling them it was his decision to make you get a vaccine. They are not caring for employees like they used to. They discriminate with masking for certain individuals, even against the advice of CDC and TJC. They will push vaccines on you and make it very hard to get an exemption. It should be your choice. I wanted to work for THR for a long time, I finally got here and now after several years it really stinks
