Pros

Great place to work with work/life balance. I worked there for 8 1/2 years and loved what I did. I learned a lot and gained additional education paid for by TI. Take advantage of all the various resources available to employees.

Cons

Very political and competitive environment. Opportunities to move up were slim and unlikely. It is all abut who you know and not your skill.

Pros

A high intercultural environment at job. High flexibility in the workhours. Good transference of knowledge from experienced employees to the new ones.

Cons

Located in Freising. Although there's a good tranport conexion from Munich to Freising, it can take upto 1 hour to reach the facilities (if you area simple intern without auto). The best solution would be to live in Freiing.
