Pros

Laid back, flexible schedule. It is a decent place to work.

Cons

Heirarchial, things take very long. It can be frustrating if you are not in Dallas, but in a satellite site.

Pros

Advanced Technical Engineering work, TI is very focused on customers and quality. Lots of good people to work with. As you would expect in a large company, there are some that are not so good. TI will let you work as much as you want but they do expect long hours from salaried positions. Good company and I would work for them again.

Cons

Business is cyclical so lots of ups and downs. Management also changes directions and has no problems with moving work off shore. Don't expect to grow old at TI.
