      Pros

      The best thing about TI is that most management are easily approachable. They do listen to what you are concerned about and will try to address as much as possible.

      Cons

      A lot of engineering tasks are actually done overseas, it might be difficult to accelerate with a pure engineering background.

      Pros

      This is one of the best companies to work in Israel. In terms of compensation only Intel is probably ahead. Excellent location for the office. Great working environment. They do care about people and do lot.

      Cons

      TI is a large US corporation. This has some drawbacks, like more formal approach to the ordering of new equipment, software installations, using this or that tool, filling of forms a couple of times every year, huge (comparing to your average startup) management pyramid. You are not going to meet Rich Templeton in person.
