Good place to intern

Pros

- very experience workforce. A lot of people here have been there for almost 15+ years. People overall seem to be relaxed and happy. No one was too stressed out. - good work life balance - "Open Door" policy is actually true. Can go and as people any question you want anytime.

Cons

- large company ... can be difficult to shine and move ahead.

* Stable company * Technically strong and innovative company, including the top management * Good employee benefits * Liberal working culture * Diverse and very international staff * Great learning opportunities

Cons

* Career growth opportunities are limited unless you work in a location which is strategically important to TI's business * Most of the strategic decisions are done in Dallas or Nice for WTBU, so it is crucial to be known among the circles in Dallas and Nice to grow
